Live Remote Training

This is the perfect option if travel to a training location is difficult. It reduces your expenses and there is no travel time involved. The instruction you will receive is functionally equivalent to our on-site training.

We use GoToMeeting to connect with your location using an internet connection for both the presentation and audio (either a regular phone line or VOIP for the voice part). This is fully interactive. To facilitate good instruction, there is a maximum of four students. It is also possible to simultaneously train personnel in different locations (if applicable). It is preferable for each student to have their own computer for the hands-on portion of the class.

The cost is $1200. This includes:

  • A system test prior to the training to make sure the technology works correctly.
  • Emailed copies of the training material which you will receive prior to the meeting.
  • 30 days free phone support for participants who complete the training.

It is strongly recommended that individual participants use headsets with microphones. For groups, good quality conference room equipment is necessary to ensure good audio quality and reduce background noise. Please Contact us to see if this is a good fit for your IMDS training needs.
